Returns — 10 days

You may return an item within 10 days of delivery. To be
accepted, it must be unused and unworn, in its original condition, with all
packaging, tags and accessories included.

Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or missing
packaging cannot be accepted.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and a short note about
the problem — photographs help if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Getting the item back to us

For orders placed on this website, we arrange the return
pickup from your address once the return is approved — you don’t
need to book a courier yourself. Keep the item in its original packaging and
ready to hand over.

If a pickup isn’t possible at your location, you can send the item back to
us and we’ll tell you where.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches our store and we’ve confirmed it’s in its
original condition, your refund is processed within seven days of the
date we receive it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Orders paid by cash on
delivery are refunded by bank transfer to details you provide.

Exchanges

If you’d prefer a different colour or product, tell us when you start the
return. Exchanges depend on stock at the time; if the item you want isn’t
available, we refund instead.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item on arrival

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs of
the item and its packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, and
you won’t be out of pocket for a mistake at our end.

One-year warranty

Every Fashion Freak product carries a one-year warranty against
manufacturing defects from the date of purchase — stitching that
fails, hardware that breaks in normal use, lining that separates.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and ageing of leather, damage from
water, heat, chemicals or misuse, or items altered or repaired elsewhere.
Where a claim is valid, we repair or replace the item.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch — contact us quickly and we’ll
stop it if it hasn’t left. Once an order has shipped, it follows the returns
process above.

Orders placed on Amazon

If you bought a Fashion Freak product on Amazon rather than on this site,
that order must be returned through your Amazon account,
following Amazon’s returns and refunds policy — we can’t process it here.
Our one-year warranty still applies to the product either way, so contact us
directly for warranty claims.
