Who you are buying from

This site is operated by A R International, a
proprietorship registered in Tamil Nadu, trading as
Fashion Freak.

Placing an order means you accept these terms.

Who can order

You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract. We ship
within India only — we do not accept international orders.

Products and descriptions

We photograph our real products and describe them as accurately as we can.
Leather is a natural material, so grain, colour and markings vary a little
from piece to piece — that variation is the material, not a defect.
Screens also render colour differently.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST.
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. We may change prices at any
time, but never after you have placed an order.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see
or store your card details.

Prices on this site are set independently and may differ from the same
product listed on marketplaces such as Amazon.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the item. If
something is out of stock, priced in error, or the order looks fraudulent, we
may decline it and refund you in full.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and
typically delivered in 3–7 days, depending on your
location and the courier. We share tracking where it is available.

Shipping is free on orders over ₹999. Risk in the
goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns and warranty

Returns run for 10 days from delivery and every product carries a one-year
warranty against manufacturing defects. The full detail is on our

of these terms.

Our brand and content

The Fashion Freak name and logo, the CoreCraft™ mark, and all
photography, text and design on this site belong to us. You may not copy,
reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.

Using this site properly

Don’t attempt to disrupt the site, extract data from it automatically, or
use it for anything unlawful. We may refuse service where these terms are
broken.

Our responsibility

We stand behind our products through the returns and warranty terms above.
Beyond those remedies, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for
indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under
Indian consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tiruvarur, Tamil Nadu.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your
order is the one that applies to it.
